Sustainably farmed, hand picked and made with gravity flow

All of our wines are made from hand picked and hand sorted, sustainably-farmed grapes in our organic certified winery. We never use any pesticides, chemical fertilizers or herbicides in any part of our grape production. We only use gravity flow to deliver our grapes to fermentation tanks. Wines are made with native yeast, without artificial additives, and are unfined and only gently filtered with tangental filtration. Because of these practices, Bodega Calle wines can be left open and enjoyed over a longer period of time than many commercially produced wines. They are also vegan, since no animal product of any sort is used during winemaking. As a result and because Bodega Calle wines are so natural, they are less likely to cause headaches or allergies for those that are sensitive to red wines.
